This hotel had a lobby inside a Subway restaurant, so convenient for those late-night sandwich cravings. The gelato bar downstairs was a lifesaver - nothing gets me through a beach vacation like freshly made ice cream.

Oh, just a minor inconvenience of being located next to a noisy karaoke bar. So relaxing to drift off to sleep with the sweet sounds of off-key singing.

The double bed is very big, and can be used for fun activity. The balcony has a nice view on the beach.

The room was not very clean and poorly maintained. The entrance of the hotel is hidden inside an ice-cream shop and quite hard to find.

I was very pleased with the overall decoration of the hotel. The lobby had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful tropical plants and comfortable seating areas. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and clean, creating a pleasant ambiance throughout. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were no steep steps or difficult obstacles to navigate, making it easy for me to move around and explore the hotel.

I would have liked a better variety of activities for senior guests. It would have been nice to have organized outings or events specifically tailored to the needs and interests of older individuals.

Hotel was directly across from the beach. If all you care about it being close to the beach this is perfect. It is also close but removed from the main bar street. Forget what it is called. I liked being close but being able to get away from the madness.

I did not like that the room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. You could not get rid of the smell. I did not like that they did the bare minimum for comfort. But all essentials were there.

It is across the bridge with some view of the beach. Location is great, almost centre of Patong and walking distance to many shopping streets, dining. You'll need to know how to cut across to get to e.g Rat Uthit Rd and Jungceylon or you'll need to make a large u-turn..

Feel like you are in a 'short-time' time although the reason we stayed there was to place our things for a couple of hours before a late flight out. We could have gotten a cheaper hotel at around the same location. Probably take the deluxe room w/balcony if u plan to stay few days.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic - right on the Patong beach. You can easily walk to popular attractions like Bangla Road and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms on the upper floors have private balconies with a great view of the beach, and they are cleaned every day with fresh towels.

All in all, this hotel was great.

WIFI was not available thoughout the days we were there

The room was clean and we enjoyed the decent view of the beach from our side window. It was great to have fresh bedding every day and the complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch. the receptionist was especially helpful when it came to hiring vehicles and even sorted out an issue with our tour driver. the staff really made our stay enjoyable.

This hotel is a great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail and basic amenities like air conditioning. The location is fantastic, right in front of Patong beach, and with a private balcony, you can enjoy stunning views. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service.
